It’s 3.28am. I’ve just gotten my internet connection back after it went down inexplicably and I spent nearly an hour trying to figure out what went wrong. Wires were unplugged, re-plugged, PC started and re-started but to no avail. Switched everything off and went for a smoke and when all the lights on the front panel of my cable modem shined in all their brilliance when I came back, I was a happy camper again.

I have an internet connection again!!

I can’t imagine life without it. It’s so frustrating when you have a downed network connection. I felt like tearing my hair out while I was disconnected.

Are you an internet addict too? Can you go a day without being connected to the world? I can’t. Just can’t!

i hate that when it happens especially when im about to do something urgent. the world just crumbles. heh.

Bloody Starhub! Apparently not only the internet was down, the mobile servers were too for about 2 hours early this morning. I do feel we're paying too much for internet access. Whaddaya think?

Sing-what?? Yeah, you're right. We were on the Singnet Family dunno-what-crap dialup plan years ago. Sucky to say the least!

i was like that when i was 6k miles away fm my husband. but now, i dont want to see the computer or my work laptop at home unless i really have to. BUT...if internet at work is down, habis...no business!!! kalau kat rumah, i just go to sleep hehehe. do like i do lah...go to sleep when the connection is down...can? sure cannot one!

I'll have nightmares when I think there's something wrong with the connection and I can't do anything to fix it.
