Oh dear …. what have I turned Booboo into?
We all know he’s a metro-baby, and his vanity is showing, especially today when he took my old sunglasses from the wardrobe and put it on.
He went to every shiny surface he could find in the house (mirrors, oven door) and looked at himself from all angles.
He seems to enjoy wearing them. Time for Baby Banz perhaps?
I wonder where he got the vanity genes from? Hmmm ….

Earlier this evening, the Toddler Giant, in his lair of the study-cum-play room, announced his intention of running to his Mummy, who was reading blogs on the other side of the room, by standing from his resting place on ‘Ye Ol’ Mattress and squealing in delight, quite possibly at what he had seen on the monitor.
Unknown to him, Gerry the Monster Truck / Trailer Head was parked right smack in his path.
A collision between the Giant’s stomping foot and the top of the Monster Truck ensued and the unfortunate Giant sustained a minor foot injury on one of his giant toes.
The Giant was rushed to the Kitchen Hospital, approximately 10 seconds or 15 metres away from the scene of the accident where surgeons performed the delicate task of placating him with an Oreo cookie while applying the magic potion, Dettol on his injured toe.
The surprise gesture of giving the Giant the cookie, rarely seen so near bedtime, was received with open arms by the weeping Giant, who promptly forgot about his injured toe and proceeded to leave the surgeons to their task of stemming the flow of blood from the haemorrhaging toe, in peace.
As for the Monster Truck, apart from dented exhaust pipes on the sides, no real damage was seen and Gerry, the current champion of the mini-Monster Truck Challenge will be ready for tomorrow’s action where hopefully, the Toddler Giant will watch where he is going.
